An enquiry, reference image or website illustration is not an order. We prepare a written quote identifying the product, leather, colour, lining, hardware, measurements, preferred fit, price, currency, payment stages and delivery arrangements. A contract is formed when you accept the final quote and we send written order confirmation. Save that confirmation and the policies supplied with it. Individual agreed details govern your commission; mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
Your quote specifies the total price, taxes we collect, shipping charges, and any deposit or balance due. We disclose responsibility for destination import charges before you commit. There is no universal deposit percentage. A deposit is part-payment towards the order, not automatically forfeited. Pay only through the payment instructions or secure link issued for your confirmed order. Bespoke work begins after the agreed payment is verified and the final specification is approved. Never send card details by email or WhatsApp.
Follow our measurement instructions and tell us whether you want a close fit, movement room or space for layering. We confirm the dimensions, measuring method and any manufacturing tolerances applicable to your piece before production. Reference sizes are starting points. If we make an error or fail to follow the agreed specification, we address it under the refund policy. Incorrect measurements supplied by you, changes in your body or a later preference may require a separately quoted alteration; this does not remove your legal rights.
Leather has natural grain, texture and markings. Samples and screens may show colours differently. We discuss material and finish choices before approval; natural variation is not a licence to supply damaged, unsuitable or materially different leather. Website images illustrate design possibilities and are not proof of the exact finished item you will receive. We will not substitute an agreed material or significantly change your design without your approval.
Your confirmation states the expected production and delivery schedule and any specifically agreed deadline. If you request changes after approval, we explain their effect on price and timing and obtain your agreement before proceeding. If a material problem or delay arises, we contact you with options. This does not restrict any right to cancel for non-delivery, missed essential deadlines or other breaches under applicable law. Our cancellation policy explains how voluntary cancellations are handled at each stage.
We confirm whether we can ship to your destination and set out the delivery method, charges and customs arrangements before payment. Import duties or taxes payable by you must be disclosed as your responsibility. For consumer shipments arranged by us, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to applicable law. Tell us promptly about missing parcels or transit damage so we can help; a courier claim process does not replace your consumer rights.
Follow the care instructions supplied with your leather item. Misuse, avoidable damage and ordinary wear are different from manufacturing defects. Specialist bondage accessories are for consenting adults. Do not assume that a product is certified protective equipment, a medical device or rated for suspension or load-bearing use. Request intended-use details before ordering. Nothing here excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Only provide images or designs you have permission to share for the commission. We may need to adapt a reference for construction and will agree significant changes with you. We use your contact details, measurements and order information to prepare, fulfil and support your commission, with relevant service providers where necessary. We will seek permission before using your identifiable photos or private commission details in marketing. Website cookie choices do not prevent you from making an enquiry.
These terms are governed by UAE law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply in your country. Germany and other EU destinations may carry protections that cannot be removed by these terms. Customisation does not waive remedies for defects or non-conformity. Contact us first so we can work towards a solution; you remain free to use competent consumer authorities, lawful payment-provider dispute procedures or courts with jurisdiction.
Version 1.0 · 13 October 2026. These terms apply to new orders only when supplied or referenced before the contract is concluded. Website updates do not retrospectively change an existing confirmed order. The German version is provided alongside English; neither wording nor an individually agreed term overrides mandatory law.
