Measurements

Getting the measurements right is a crucial step when placing an order with us. Proper measurements ensure that your custom-made item fits perfectly and performs as intended.

Every item we create is custom-made to your exact measurements, ensuring a perfect fit and personalized experience.

When taking measurements, always remember this golden rule:

Place the tape measure around the area you’re measuring, such as the calf, and make sure you can move the tape up and down freely without restriction.

This ensures you’re measuring the widest point of that area — exactly what we need to create a perfect fit for your custom item.

We always recommend having someone assist you when taking measurements. An extra pair of eyes and hands makes the process easier and helps ensure the most accurate results for your custom-made item.

We provide both a PDF and a Word document for you to fill in with your measurements when placing an order.

Please submit your measurements in centimeters (CM). If measurements are sent in inches, we will need to convert each one and send them back to you for verification, which can slow down the process.

Submitting in CM helps speed up your order and ensures everything is accurate from the start.

If you’re unsure about taking accurate measurements, here’s a tip:

Take photographs showing the tape measure held against each area you’re measuring. Send these images to us via email.

Having visual references helps us ensure a perfect fit and makes the process of creating your custom item much smoother.
