Choosing the Right Leather and Lining

We offer our products in a selection of leather weights: Sheep, Cow 1mm, and Cow 1.3mm.

Sheep leather is beautifully soft and supple — perfect for items where comfort and a close fit are key. It quickly molds to your body and feels smooth to the touch. However, it’s not as durable as cow leather, which is why tougher gear like biker jackets and heavy-duty bondage items are typically made from cowhide.

Cow leather, on the other hand, offers superior strength, structure, and long-term durability. It’s ideal for items such as straitjackets and sleepsacks that need to withstand repeated use while maintaining their form and reliability over time.

When it comes to lining, the choice is mostly personal.

Cotton or satin linings are lighter, cooler, and more affordable, but can be harder to clean and may absorb sweat.
Leather linings offer a luxurious feel and can simply be wiped clean, though they add weight and warmth to the item.

In the end, the best option depends on how you plan to use the item and your comfort preferences. Think of it like choosing a leather jacket — if you know what type of lining and leather you prefer there, that’s likely your best choice here too.

Unfortunately, our success has led to imitation — several websites have stolen our images and copied our designs, often editing or removing watermarks to pass them off as their own. Please be aware that these companies use our images illegally and without permission.

We want to make it clear that we do not sell through third-party platforms such as Etsy or eBay. If you see our images listed there, they have been stolen.

It’s ultimately your choice where to buy, but remember — companies that steal images are unlikely to deliver the same craftsmanship, quality, or authenticity. Trust only genuine sources for the real products and experience.

Since our designs went into production, we’ve noticed that other companies have copied our creations — even going as far as stealing our images from both our current and former GlaciaLeather website to use as their own.

With our rebranding and clear brand identity, we aim to make it easier for customers to recognize authentic, high-quality products made by us — and to distinguish them from cheap imitations.

There’s nothing more disappointing than seeing an incredible product image online, placing an order, and receiving something that looks nothing like what was promised.

We take pride in the fact that our customers’ experiences and feedback speak for the quality of our craftsmanship. Our commitment remains simple — to deliver exceptional products at a fair price that live up to the images and expectations.

Every item we create is custom-made from scratch to fit your exact measurements.

Our skilled team crafts a unique pattern for each customer, and with years of experience, we can often spot potential issues with submitted measurements before production begins.

If we notice anything unusual, we’ll reach out to confirm details — ensuring the final product fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

Production times can vary depending on the season and current workload, but on average, orders take around 20 days to complete.

We use TML as our courier partner for all deliveries. Through TML’s extensive network, your parcel may be shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other trusted carriers.

All packages are professionally packed in unbranded boxes, and we complete all required customs documentation to ensure smooth transit.

Important: Once your package reaches your country, we have no control over local handling, including any import or customs charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Lather Slaves cannot be held liable.

Refusal to pay import charges may result in your package being destroyed or returned, meaning you would lose both the item and the money spent.

While most of our international deliveries go smoothly, import regulations can change. For example, recent updates in France and Germany have led to customers needing to pay additional charges.

We strongly recommend checking your local government or customs websites to understand any potential import fees before placing an order.

Once the package is in your country, we cannot intervene if customs require payment of import duties.

Due to the nature of these items and the fact that every item is custom made to fit and suit your requirements, LeatherPrison does not offer an exchange or return policy.

We will however work with you as much as possible to ensure that you are happy with each and every purchase.

The measurement process is key to each item being made correctly and we cannot be responsible for emasurements you have sent to us that are incorrect. We always advise customers to have a second person take the measurements for them and if possible to do them twice to make sure they are accurate.

If any item arrives with you in a faulty condition we will of course take full responsibility to put the fault right.

We run promotions periodically, depending on our production capacity and availability to take on new orders.

If you’re a returning customer and would like to place a new order, we’re happy to offer you the best possible price. Even if no active promotion is running, simply get in touch — we can provide a discount code for you to use at checkout.

Occasionally, items may require repairs. Since our factory is located in Pakistan, any repair requests must be handled via email correspondence. Customers would need to cover shipping costs to and from Pakistan, including any potential import charges, before we can begin any repair work.

While we will always do our best to assist, in many cases it may be more practical and cost-effective to locate a skilled repair service closer to home.

All of our products are custom-made. Customers may cancel their order within seven days by emailing us. After this period, production may have already begun. If production has started, Lather Slaves will do its best to assist and refund as much as possible; however, we may not be able to refund 100% of the payment if the materials or work cannot be reused for another order.

Important: Lather Slaves cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Similarly, we are not responsible for errors if the order details were confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.

If an item does not meet our quality standards, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. If the fit is incorrect due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, we will always try to help the customer obtain a replacement.

Lather Slaves cannot be held responsible for misuse of any products. Customers accept full responsibility for using each item carefully and safely.
